Payment is required at the time the order is placed. We
accept cheques and all major credit cards. Our online payment
processing is handled by Pay Pal. You can learn more about their

Delivery times
We always endeavour to get your Products into Production
on the day your Order is placed and dispatched within 48 hours.
Sometimes this is not always possible but most Orders should arrive
with you within the following time frames:
United Kingdom: 5-7 days
Western Europe: 7-10 days
Rest of the World: 10-14 days
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated based upon the weight
of the goods. The cost of delivery will be added to your order
and is clearly displayed on the online ordering system.
Delivery Methods
All mainland UK deliveries are by 1st Class Royal Mail
and do not require a signature upon delivery. Recorded or Guaranteed
Delivery is also available for an additional fee. Please contact
us to arrange these services for you.
International Orders
JeaP accepts orders from most anywhere in the world.
