Delivery Times
We always endeavour to get your Products into Production on the day your Order is placed and dispatched, within 5 working days. Sometimes this is not always possible but most Orders should arrive with you within the following time frames:
United Kingdom: 5-7 working days
Western Europe: 7-10 working days
Rest of the World: 10-14 working days
Express Delivery
Sometimes there are occasions when you need that special item created and delivered as soon as possible. We do endeavour to offer a next day service and if you are based in London can generally also arrange a Special Same Day Delivery for you too. To enable us to give you the best possible service, it is recommended that you allow at least three working days for your goods to be decorated & despatched however, if you require something sooner, please do not hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a call.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based upon the weight of the goods. The cost of delivery will be added to your order and is clearly displayed on your quotation or Sales Order.
Delivery Methods
Our smaller mainland UK deliveries are by 1st Class Royal Mail and do not require a signature upon delivery. Where medium to large/bulk items have been ordered, they will usually be transported by our couriers DPD. We can also provide a same day delivery service within certain areas, in general this is for small items that can be couriered by bike.

International Orders
JeaP accepts orders from most anywhere in the world. We also ship orders abroad and can arrange all of the necessary carriage for you. Please contact us directly to arrange the order.
