Delivery Times
We always endeavour to get your Products into Production on the day your Order is placed and dispatched within 5 working days. Sometimes this is not always possible but most Orders should arrive with you within the following time frames:
United Kingdom: 5-7 working days
Western Europe: 7-10 working days
Rest of the World: 10-14 working days
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based upon the weight of the goods. The cost of delivery will be added to your order and is clearly displayed on your quotation or Sales Order.
Delivery Methods
Our smaller mainland UK deliveries are by 1st Class Royal Mail and do not require a signature upon delivery. When using Royal Mail Services, we will always send out our goods by Recorded Delivery. Special Delivery is also available for an additional fee. Large deliveries where bulk items have been ordered, will usually be transported by our couriers TNT & DPD. We can also provide a same day delivery service within certain areas. Please contact us to arrange these services for you.
International Orders
JeaP accepts orders from most anywhere in the world. We also ship orders abroad and can arrange all of the necessary carriage for you. Please contact us directly to arrange the order.
