We appreciate your custom and we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are despatched within 7 working days of receipt, but some take a little longer. We’ll try and let you know about any delay, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If ordering more than a single t-shirt, remember it might not fit through your letterbox. If no-one is in to receive your parcel, you may have to collect it from your local Delivery Office.
Please note that garment and print colours are indicative and may vary from your display.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your garment/product is the exact item you have selected, stocks may vary from time to time and we reserve the right to substitute similar items for goods of the same or higher value. At no point would we mix garments of different brands for a multi-quantity order of the same design and garment/product.

Our Guarantee
We want you to be really happy with your purchase and if you’re not, we’ll try our best to sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
“It was faulty when it arrived”
Simply return the item in its original condition ensuring it reaches us within 14 days of you receiving the item. Please include details of your name, postcode, & order number (on the invoice in your parcel) and a note of why you’re returning it and we’ll replace it as soon as possible.
“I don’t like it/I’m not happy with what I’ve received”
See the following… but get it back to us within 14 days.
14 not 7 days
The UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 state you have the right to cancel the order of an item within seven days of delivery. However, at JeaP Clothing, we allow you a little longer and you can send the items back to us within 14 days of receipt, as long as we receive them in their original condition.
Personalised goods are exempt from these regulations, so please make sure you check your spellings and are 100% happy with your designs when you order. See below for how to return items to us.
Please note: we reserve the right to withhold this service from any customer that is suspected of abusing the guarantee. Our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into with any party.
Refunds & Exchanges (UK only)
When returning a product, you’ll receive a refund to your payment card, minus any postage charges as shown on the site (not counting free delivery or faulty returns of course), unless you wish to exchange the items for other products and thus save the postage.
Returns can only be accepted back if they are received in their original condition. We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or exchange on items that are damaged or soiled. If you have a problem with a personalised item, please contact us to discuss your options.

Please note, we must receive the items for refund/exchange in their original condition within 14 days of you receiving them. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered an item to you in error or it is faulty. To ensure valuable goods reach us, you may also wish to obtain a Certificate of Posting or use a recorded delivery service as we can, of course, only give refunds or exchanges for goods we actually receive.

Privacy
All debit and credit card transactions are securely encrypted by our online transaction providers, Sagepay & Pay Pal. For your security, we do not see your card details and they are not stored on our web site or server.
We do not – and will not – disclose your personal information to any third parties. Your contact details will be used by us in relation to your order and to occasionally send you news or offers. You may unsubscribe from such mailings at any time.
As on many web sites, tiny computer files called ‘cookies’ are temporarily used by this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
If you register to become a site member, as with most personalised web sites, your details (name, address etc, but not your payment details) will be stored securely on our server to make it easier for you to order in the future.
Prices
The garment costs shown include your first choice of Design.
Further Designs in additional positions are £5.00 each.
Text personalisation is £3.50 per position, per colour.
