  • All payment transactions will be made in British Pounds Sterling.
Price may be subject to change without notice, you will always be informed of any price change prior to processing your order.

Quoted prices are always net of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged at the current rate; zero rated items are strictly in accordance with HMRC guidelines.
  • The price of embroidery/printing the garment is determined by the size and position of the embellishment.

Orders
  • Once payment has been received, we will send you a visual proof for you to check fully and approve before we proceed. Once the visual proof has been approved, we will start processing the order immediately and although we try and accommodate cancellations, we cannot guarantee that orders will cease and therefore you may be liable for the full order price.

Proof & Visual Layout Approval
  • Where possible we would request a visual guideline of your required work. If this is not possible, we will create a visual/digital proof for you to approve. This will assist you in guidelines for placement & colours.
  • Visual proofs do not always show exact positions and true Pantone Colour matches. We will advise you if this is the case.
  • You can make 2 revision/changes Free of Charge to your visual. Further changes may be charged at up to £15 per revision. Once you have given us written approval of the visual layout your decision is final.

Print Only/Embroidery Only Service – where the client supplies the garments
  • We offer a print/embroidery only service.
  • When you purchase this service from us you understand that you send the garments/fabric at your own risk. If they are lost in transit, we are not responsible. You must either drop off the goods yourself or track the delivery.
  • In addition, we recommend testing applications to ensure your products are suitable for the print/embroidery technique you require.
  • We also recommend that additional garments/fabric are provided in case of error/unsuitable applications. We highly recommend this, to ensure these problems are not encountered.
  • When you are supplying the goods, the stated deadline is our target deadline, we cannot guarantee this until we receive the goods for inspection.
  • At quoting stage, we assume we will be able to complete your customisation, sometimes factors unknown to us at the quoting stage will complicate your order. This may mean that we must cancel and refund.
Samples
  • Sample garments can be supplied and will be invoiced at single price rate plus £7.95 + VAT Carriage, which is payable in advance.

This is a restocking charge enforced on us by our wholesalers. When paying for any order you accept these terms and charges.
  • Firm orders which are cancelled or changed while in process, must be revoked in writing and will be assessed for service charges relating to the labour and those materials expended before the date of cancellation.
